Our team is critical to achieving our vision and fostering the right culture is essential to our team’s success.How you will make an impact• Strategy Development: Create and implement an influencer marketing strategy aligned with brand objectives, targeting the right influencers and platforms to maximize reach and impact.• Influencer Identification & Outreach: Identify and evaluate influencers across social media platforms who align with brand values; negotiate partnerships and collaboration terms.• Campaign Management: Plan and oversee influencer marketing campaigns, from ideation to execution, ensuring high-quality content and consistent messaging.• Content Development: Collaborate with influencers to co-create engaging content that resonates with target audiences and aligns with the brand’s tone and voice.• Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with influencers, brand advocates, and strategic partners.• Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of influencer campaigns; use data to optimize future campaigns and track ROI.• Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with social media trends and industry developments to keep campaigns innovative and impactful.What you need to succeed• Proven track record of managing successful influencer campaigns.
