A Software Integration Engineer designs powerful integrations that allow our clients to connect WorkForce Time & Attendance applications to other business systems used throughout their organization. WorkForce Software’s seamless integrations empower our clients to make informed decisions based on real-time labor data.


Responsibilities

  • Define, configure, and develop data conversions and interfaces for clients to connect WorkForce Time & Attendance with business applications such as PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, or ADP.
  • Follow structured processes for gathering requirements, documenting code, maintaining revisions, testing, and developing quality assurance practices.
  • Work directly with customers to confirm requirements, connection points, and support integrations testing during customer test phases.
  • Stay current on technical specifications for WorkForce Software products and Human Capital Management applications.
  • Revise existing interfaces to improve operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements.
  • Collaborate and share experiences in informational meetings to improve team performance and delivery.
  • Collaborate with Project Teams in the design and development of technical content defined in the Statement of Work.


Requirements

  • Ability work 10am to 7pm EST
  • A minimum of 2 to 3 years of professional experience with JavaScript
  • A minimum of 2 to 3 years of professional experience working with SQL and writing complex queries.
  • Hands on development, deployment, and maintenance of integrations between applications across cloud and/or on-premises environments.
  • Comfortable working with database servers.
  • Able to gather technical requirements and implement packaged application software.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Able to work on a dynamic, customer focused team.
  • Must be able to join on-call rotation and cover evenings/weekends as necessary

Education

  • Associates degree or equivalent experience.
