Intercom is looking for an ambitious Account Manager for Small Business to help drive customer success and retention in EMEA.

Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for your book of business
- Hunt and work expansion opportunities
- Run a proactive renewal process

- Forecast and plan pacing throughout each month and quarter
