  • Manage a book of accounts to drive product adoption and growth.
  • Act as a product expert and strategic consultant for customers.
  • Run implementation projects and success plans.
  • Deliver quarterly account reviews to key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to enhance customer experience.
  • Develop new processes for the Customer Success team.
