Head of Sales Enablement
Intercom is seeking a Director of Global Go-to-market Enablement to lead and grow a best-in-class global Sales Enablement organization. This role involves crafting strategies, building teams, and developing programs to drive the success of the Sales organization.
Skills
- 10+ years of experience in Sales/Sales Operations/Sales Enablement/Marketing in B2B enterprise selling
- 5+ years of experience in a SaaS environment
- Experience managing sales enablement professionals
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Exceptional facilitation skills
Responsibilities
- Craft and evolve vision and strategy for global GTM Enablement
- Build and manage the global Sales Enablement team
- Design and implement value based sales methodology
- Align development areas to role-specific learning paths
- Establish measurement and KPIs for the Enablement function
Education
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
