Head of Sales Enablement

Intercom is seeking a Director of Global Go-to-market Enablement to lead and grow a best-in-class global Sales Enablement organization. This role involves crafting strategies, building teams, and developing programs to drive the success of the Sales organization.

Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in Sales/Sales Operations/Sales Enablement/Marketing in B2B enterprise selling
  • 5+ years of experience in a SaaS environment
  • Experience managing sales enablement professionals
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Exceptional facilitation skills

Responsibilities

  • Craft and evolve vision and strategy for global GTM Enablement
  • Build and manage the global Sales Enablement team
  • Design and implement value based sales methodology
  • Align development areas to role-specific learning paths
  • Establish measurement and KPIs for the Enablement function

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
