IT Specialist
Intercom is on a mission to redefine customer service. We are looking for a motivated IT Specialist to provide exceptional IT support in our Dublin office while leading new hire sessions and maintaining our tech infrastructure.
Skills
- Support for productivity and communications applications
- Experience with SSO, 2FA, MDM technology in enterprise
- Problem-solving skills for hardware and software issues
- Teamwork and a passion for IT
Responsibilities
- Provide end-user support and lead new hire sessions
- Set up Apple & Windows devices for employees
- Manage account provisioning and offboarding processes
- Document processes and support end-users
- Contribute to team maturity and manage projects
Education
- College level degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
