Technical Support Engineer
Intercom is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to enhance customer experiences with our AI-first customer service platform. This role combines technical skills with a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities
- Communicate efficiently and effectively with customers

- Work with product teams to identify and address current issues
- Debug complex technical issues
- Utilize technical knowledge to improve team processes
Education
- Technical coding bootcamp or equivalent experience
