Interior Design Project Coordinator

You may know us best as Wonderful Pistachios, FIJI Water, JUSTIN Wine, Wonderful Halos, POM Wonderful, and Teleflora, but bet you didn’t know that we have an in-house architectural design team that works on a wide range of corporate, restaurant, community, and residential projects. We are seeking a Project Design Coordinator with a focus on FF&E, antiques and art to join our design team.

This Design Project Coordinator will serve as the main point of contact for project-related purchases, assisting our design team with FF&E, antiques and art procurement, storage, and move-in logistics of the items. Using superior organization skills, this role will track and catalog all items for the project.

What our Design Project Coordinator will do:


Job Description
  • Prepare project schedules and timelines for interior finishes furnishing and equipment
  • Organize binders to catalog the status of all furnishings, accessories, and art by room
  • Serve as a liaison between vendors and internal teams to obtain approval for estimated cost within budget and facilitate payment and delivery
  • Oversee the receiving, opening, and inspecting of shipments, and their coordination into storage
  • Track all purchase orders, invoices, and receipts


Qualifications


Skills & experience necessary for our
Design Project Coordinator will include, but are not limited to:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience supporting office operations of a dispersed work team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Knowledgeable in interior design and antiques
  • Possess high level of organization, attention to detail and discretion
  • Proven capability to execute tasks with a sense of urgency, accuracy and partnership
  • Recognized efforts to complete tasks independently, timely, and efficiently
  • Accurate and consistent attention to detail
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable with shifting priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of education requirement

Starting pay range: $29.00 – $38.00 per hour. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
