INTERN, CARE-WORLD WILDLIFE FUND ALLIANCE

Job Summary:

Assist in internal and external communication support to help move the CARE-WWF Alliance's priorities forward

Responsibilities:

• Support programmatic development and knowledge sharing by capturing, collating, and analyzing relevant materials from internal and external sources.
• Work with various teams throughout both CARE and WWF to explore and learn more about programmatic areas within each organization.
• Identify potential areas for collaboration between the Alliance core team and other CARE and WWF teams and assist in facilitating those connections.
• Design and maintain an appealing and informational intranet page that will promote the CARE-WWF Alliance and provide necessary resources to staff within WWF.
• Encourage information sharing and collaboration between Alliance core team members by managing follow up from biweekly team meetings, leading in the organization of our annual team retreat, implementing new forums to work together, etc.
• Organize and manage a system on SharePoint to store materials in a way that is simple and understandable to others within the team.

Qualifications:

• Bacherlor's degree in progress
• French or Spanish preferred.
• High level of verbal proficiency.
• High level or writing proficiency.
• Proficient in the Office 365 Suite (Full Microsoft Office suite including Excel, PPT, Sharepoint)
• Technical Skills
  • Excellent research skills
  • Attention to detail.
  • Organized and self-motivated.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to take initiative, prioritize, and successfully complete work and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
