Responsibilities...
• Provides comprehensive IT support for vended and custom applications, resolving complex issues and ensuring data security and redundancy in collaboration with senior technical staff.
• Conducts thorough root-cause analysis of hardware and software problems, collaborates with colleagues and customers to resolve issues, and communicates resolutions effectively.
• Regularly reviews and updates applications across multiple Mayo Clinic sites to ensure functionality and currency, contributing to the optimization and reliability of systems within the established environment.
• Produces and maintains documentation, interfaces with colleagues for virtual collaboration, and may provide 24/7 on-call support, emphasizing the importance of communication, collaboration, and flexibility in maintaining critical IT systems.
Required Skills :
• 2+ years of experience with Azure DevOps testing workflows, encompassing both manual and automated testing methodologies, is essential.
• 2-3+ years of experience in software documentation and process management, preferably in AI development environments.
• Proficiency in data visualization using Azure DevOps dashboards, with at least 1-2 years of experience in interpreting and presenting data effectively.
• 2-3+ years of experience in ADO Epic, Sprint, and Backlog refinement, as well as generating reports for project tracking and management purposes.
• Experience in creating and delivering regulatory documents related to the safety of AI-assisted software systems, preferably with 2-3 years of experience in a regulated industry such as healthcare or IT.
• Experience with all of the following: Python, Vue.js, JavaScript, REST API, JSON API, Selenium & Playwright.

Compensation Details: $48/hr
