Position Overview for the Sales Development Representative:
- Assist the sales team by generating new leads
- Perform business prospecting by developing relationships with new and existing clientele
- Use Salesforce.com for keeping track of client pipelining and contacting management
- Exceed metrics centered around leads and new business prospecting
Required Skills for the Sales Development Representative:
- 1+ years' experience in Sales or Business Development
- Strong phone presence and organizational skills - Comfortable contacting high-level, C-Suite individuals to set meetings
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent of experience in related field
