Position Description:
Are you a motivated student ready to learn how technology works to support an entire business? If so, our IT department is looking for your ambition to support our organization!

Key Responsibilities:

• Primary responsibilities will be working as part of the Administration/Operations team to:
  • Complete account management processing for global Windows Active Directory domain.
  • Participate in and provided administrative support for various application and hardware migration projects.
  • Support the Windows printing environment,
  • Evaluate opportunities and assist in developing strategies for process improvement via automation and scripting.
  • Provide supplemental assistance to Information Services Resource Center.
  • Provide administrative support to other global IT team members and groups
• Monitor the IT help desk system and serve as the first tier for processing administrative requests.

• Must be able to perform in a minimally guided environment along with the ability to understand and balance changing priorities.

Required Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid problem solving skills and ability to develop adaptive, creative solutions for difficult problems.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and PowerShell technologies
• Ability to work 25-30 hours during the academic year and full-time during holiday and semester breaks.

Education Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a 2 or 4 year program working towards BS/BA in Computer Science or related discipline
