About This Position
The Manager, Procurement will be responsible for engaging with the supply chain and independently driving EPC and equipment supply contracts, with a strong emphasis on EPC contracts for wind energy projects. This position will report directly to the Senior Director, Procurement and work closely with the Development, Engineering, Construction, Project Finance, and Legal teams. Deep expertise in wind project procurement, including negotiating EPC contracts, managing supplier relationships, and understanding wind-specific construction requirements, is essential for this role.
Overview of Department
The Procurement Team buys major equipment, construction and O&M contracts. We develop and maintain deep partnerships with suppliers and execution partners. Currently a team of seven, we’re looking to add another Manager to our team to help us close EPC contracts for solar, BESS, wind, and data center construction.

Located in the United States, this role plays a pivotal part in driving our wind energy projects forward. You’ll engage with the supply chain, lead the procurement of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contracts, and develop strong relationships with suppliers and contractors. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with our Development, Engineering, and Legal teams, allowing you to flex your teamwork and negotiation skills as you ensure project timelines and financial goals align. With a strong focus on wind energy, your deep expertise in procurement will enable you to structure and execute contracts that meet industry standards while advancing our ambitious clean energy agenda.
