Your primary focus will be to assist candidates in navigating our programs, addressing any inquiries or challenges they may face, and fostering a smooth path to success. You will work closely with our educators and coordinators to tailor the support you provide, ensuring a personalized and impactful experience. Key Responsibilities

• Engage with candidates to understand their needs and ensure they are fully utilizing our resources.
• Provide timely support via phone, email, and chat to resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
• Develop familiarity with our training programs to guide candidates effectively.
• Collaborate with instructors and coaches to enhance the candidate experience.
• Gather feedback from candidates to help refine our programs and services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure follow-ups are completed.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for improvement within the customer success process.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a customer-facing role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer needs.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus.
• Passion for education and helping others achieve their goals.
