• Participate in candidate interviews and evaluations as required.

• Background in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience in assessment design or recruitment processes preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills, able to present findings clearly.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the HR team and other departments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software tools.
