Analytics: Track performance metrics, analyze data to inform content strategy, and report insights for optimization and improvement.
Collaboration: Coordinate with the graphic design and video editing teams for cohesive visuals and edits, and work with other creators for cross-promotion opportunities.
Audience Engagement: Actively manage community interactions, responding to comments and engaging viewers across social media to build a strong, vibrant community.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in scaling and managing a YouTube channel with a solid grasp of content strategy, SEO, and community growth.
Strong analytical skills, experience with YouTube analytics tools, and a passion for digital content.
Video editing experience is a plus.
