What you will be doing:

· Provide vision and direction to the development team throughout the project;

· Manage stakeholders by proactively communicating on timelines, impediments and priorities.

· Ensure business requirements are translated to the backlog by user stories

· Ensure the product backlog is visible, transparent and clear

· Review, enrich and approve requirement requests and specifications

· Collaborate with the delivery teams to define acceptance criteria

You are a good match if you have:

· 3-5 years of experience as Product Owner.

· In-depth knowledge of the software development lifecycle.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

· Skilled in backlog management and prioritization.

· Experienced in analyzing issues, drawing actionable conclusions, and implementing effective solutions.

· Proficient in crafting user stories and overseeing the development process through to user story acceptance.

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

· Familiar with SAFe, Agile methodologies, and the SCRUM framework.

· Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and other Atlassian tools.

· Possibility of working remotely from Romania
