• Ability to multi-task and maintain confidentiality
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Responsibilities

• Run point on recruiting for the 2025 Summer Internship Team
• Support frontline recruiting efforts to meet staffing needs
• Utilize ATS for posting and updating requisitions
• Schedule phone screenings and interviews with potential candidates
• Create and share social media postings to enhance brand awareness
• Assist with other People-team projects as needed

Education

• Prior internship experience in HR or recruiting preferred
