This is a highlycollaborative role that requires working closely with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a SaaS sales organization, strong skills in Salesforce technology, and a passion for process improvement and training.What you'll bring• 2+ years of experience in sales operations, sales analytics, or relevant experience required• Strong experience with Salesforce technology, including the ability to create and manage reports and dashboards• Experience developing and executing repeatable process improvements that simplify the sales process• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across the organization• Experience providing reporting, data, and analytics to sales teams to drive insights and decision-making• Ability to balance multiple competing priorities and explain concepts clearly and credibly across all levels of the organization• Strong communication, process orientation, attention to detail, and stakeholder management skillsHow you will lead• Develop and simplify sales processes to ensure efficiency and consistency across the organization• Analyze pipeline performance to identify trends and insights that can be used to improve sales velocity and identify gaps in the sales process• Provide coaching and guidance on key sales components including sales forecasting or pipeline management• Develop and maintain sales data analytics reporting for sales leadership and management• Identify process improvement opportunities and work with cross-functional teams to implement repeatable solutions• Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies that drive growth• Provide training and support to the sales team on new processes and tools• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization• This role will be a key member of the sales operations team and will be instrumental in driving sales growth by developing and simplifying processes, analyzing pipeline performance, and identifying process improvement opportunities to improve sales velocity and qualityEOE AA M/F/Vet/Disability.
