Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Utilize a full-stack development approach to build scalable and efficient software systems. Ensure the quality and reliability of software through testing and debugging. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the Martech/Adtech landscape. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to gather feedback and improve the software. Mentor and guide junior engineers on best practices and coding standards. Continuously strive for process improvement and optimization. Adhere to software development best practices and company coding standards. Collaborate with team members to identify and implement innovative ideas and solutions. Maintain documentation for all software development processes and procedures. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
