About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Manager of Revenue Operations to drive operational efficiency, enhance data-driven decision-making, and support the commercial team’s success. This role will be responsible for optimizing sales, marketing, and client operations, ensuring seamless processes, and enabling scalable growth. The ideal candidate has a strong background in revenue operations, process development, and data management, with a passion for driving strategic initiatives that enhance business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Commercial Operations Management
Support the day-to-day operations of the commercial team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Develop and implement streamlined processes that drive efficiency across sales, marketing, and operational functions.
Establish, review, and maintain the commercial team’s operating cadence, ensuring each meeting and touchpoint has a well-defined objective and agenda.
Data Monitoring & Management
Support the commercial team with actionable data and insights to improve performance.
Build and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across sales and operational metrics.
Develop process improvements to enhance data tracking capabilities.
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
Provide leadership with actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
Process Development & Execution
Develop and maintain scalable commercial Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and playbooks.
Ensure all processes are clearly communicated, consistently followed, and continuously improved.
Deal Process Enablement
Create and refine a repeatable sales motion that aligns with the buyer’s journey and drives predictable revenue growth.
Implement processes to ensure seamless handoffs between marketing, sales, implementations, and customer success.
Partner with marketing to create a replicable top-of-the-funnel motion.
Vendor Management
Product Vendors (e.g., data partners): Manage commercial relationships with key product vendors, ensuring clear partnership expectations and ongoing success.
Operational Vendors (e.g., internal tools): Support the assessment and maintenance of key software vendors leveraged by the commercial team, including tools such as Airtable and Confluence.
Revenue Enablement
Partner with marketing to equip the commercial team with tools, resources, materials, and training for success.
Develop and maintain playbooks, training materials, and resources to ensure a replicable and efficient commercial motion.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create commercial collateral and ensure cross-functional alignment.
Implement templatization and automation of key recurring tasks.

Requirements:
Minimum of 5-7 years experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related role with a focus on data management, process optimization, and commercial strategy.
Expertise in building repeatable sales motions and streamlining deal processes aligned with the buyer’s journey.
Experience in SaaS, healthtech, or technology-driven industries.
Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, Pardot), operational tools (e.g., Airtable, Confluence), and automation platforms and tools for revenue enablement (e.g., Zapier, Outreach.io).
Advanced data analysis skills using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and business intelligence software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
Proven track record of creating and executing scalable processes, SOPs, and playbooks for commercial teams, with a strong ability to track and improve KPIs (e.g., revenue growth, deal close percentages, team efficiency).
Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to identify gaps, recommend solutions, and drive results.
Highly collaborative approach, with experience partnering across sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
Experience in a startup or scaling organization, managing operational frameworks for rapid growth, preferred.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Revenue Operations Certification) are a plus.
Salary Range: $120,000-140,000
