About This Opportunity:
One of the most innovative and exciting companies in the retail industry is currently seeking an Inventory Analyst. The ideal candidate will have a strong problem-solving ability and background in data analytics. As a key member of the Supply Chain Team the Analyst will be responsible for learning various internal and external systems in order to support many different aspects of the business.
Responsibilities:
Manage master data, including creation, updates, and deletion.-
Manage users and user roles in an order management system.

Support the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements.

Support initiatives for data integrity and normalization.

Generate and marry reports from single or multiple systems.
-
Investigate and resolve any data discrepancies in a timely manner and present findings to management.

Review and update reconciliation reports.

Create reports for internal teams and/or external clients.

Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data.
-
Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
Qualifications:
Must possess the ability to handle concurrent projects while working either independently or in a team setting.-
A team player with demonstrated follow-up and interpersonal skills

An effective communicator with strong verbal and written skills

Strong analytical and planning abilities, results-oriented nature

Strong data-entry, analytical and mathematical skills

Work experience as a data analyst or in a related field

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel

Database management with SQL

Demonstrate experience in handling large data sets and relational databases

Ability to prioritize accurate results over fast results
