Our Vacaville, CA facility is looking for a Inventory Auditor to provide inventory control support in the warehousing, receiving, shipping and cycle counting of all company products. This is a first shift position working Monday-Friday, 6:30am to 3:00pm. Salary range is $19.00 to 21.00 per hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Executes the cycle count process within SAP and validates the accuracy of the cycle counts.
Immediately reports all discrepancies found entered in SAP to appropriate departments.
Informs Fulfillment Center management team of discrepancies to prevent errors from being reported to the Federal Trade Zone (FTZ) Administrator and resolving errors with Transfer Orders (TO).
Monitors all activities in SAP to ensure all cycle count transactions are in accordance with department procedures.
Reports and tracks all cycle count activity using Excel spreadsheets to analyze the data.
Coordinates with co-workers to complete tag entry and the clearing process in a timely manner to prevent inventory blocks on the product.
Observes and audits random picking and put-away processes.
Performs daily checks on outbound audits daily to ensure shipping accuracy.

Education & Experience Requirements

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
2 years previous inventory control experience
1 year previous forklift experience
Ability to operate basic office equipment
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel
Ability to communicate and work well with people of all levels
Ability to work well under pressure in fast paced environment
Warehouse Management Software and data entry experience
Must be able to work on warehouse floor 8-10 hours a day or more
