Our goal is to enhance the exchange of information and streamline operations across various departments. We are looking for a Project Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to our ongoing projects aimed at delivering high-impact systems that facilitate daily operations across Europe.

As a Project Manager, you will take charge of managing and executing medium to large-scale projects that have a direct business impact. Working in a multicultural and international environment, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects, and maintaining effective stakeholder communication.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Education: A Master’s degree in a relevant field with 5 years of related experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of related experience.
  • English Language Proficiency: Minimum C1 level proficiency.
  • Professional Experience: At least 8 years of relevant experience in IT project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
  • Gather customer requirements, perform analysis, and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Allocate resources and manage project milestones, collaborating with Resource Managers to ensure the availability of subject matter experts.
  • Maintain project plans and provide consistent updates to stakeholders using agile, waterfall, or other methodologies.
  • Oversee deliverables, manage change requests, and ensure they are completed and signed off.
  • Set and monitor quality and performance criteria, conducting Quality Reviews as per established procedures.
  • Support clients in managing business change for new tool and process implementations.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the project team, ensuring collaboration and high performance.
  • Prepare and deliver briefings and presentations.
  • Assign and oversee routine tasks and project work as necessary.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Recognized Project Management certifications such as: PRINCE2 Practitioner / PMI PMP (or equivalent), Program Management (MSP or equivalent), Management of Risk (MoR), Agile methodologies (for software-focused projects).
  • Proven experience in managing complex projects, with a focus on Business Applications such as Oracle ERP, ServiceNow for Project and Portfolio Management, and other business software solutions.
  • Preferable experience in delivering Oracle EBS Finance and Project Accounting projects.
  • Proficiency in using project management tools and techniques, with familiarity in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) from ServiceNow.
  • Experience managing Acquisition/Procurement projects or smaller non-acquisition/software-focused projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and lead large project teams, including subject matter experts and specialized consultants.
  • Familiarity with all stages of software development, including requirements analysis, systems design, development, and testing.
  • Proven track record of managing subcontractors, with a focus on maintaining quality and ensuring delivery excellence. Note that many projects are executed with the help of external contractors, and the PM role is key to managing these partnerships and achieving successful outcomes.
  • Experience working within international settings and managing remote teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience delivering Oracle EBS Finance and Project Accounting projects.
  • Familiarity with methodologies like Agile, RUP, and other relevant frameworks.
  • Experience working with multicultural teams and in international settings.
