We are currently looking for a proactive, organized, and enthusiastic Investment Advisor Assistant to join our Toronto team. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent attention to detail, organizational, communication and computer skills, along with the ability to prioritize and manage a complex workload.

Responsibilities:

Assist Investment Advisors with a range of administrative support;
Answer phones, client inquiries and email client information;
Provide high level, priority management and calendar management;
Prepare or assist in the preparation of business correspondence, presentations, reports and spreadsheets;
Process expense reports in a timely and accurate manner;
Maintain various databases, records and other documents;
Servicing clients with professionalism, efficiency and upholding confidentiality;
Assist with special projects as required.

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience within the banking, securities and/or brokerage industry would be an asset;
Willingness to complete CSC, CPH and licensing with CIRO;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills complemented by exceptional interpersonal skills;
Ability to demonstrate a high level of discretion and confidentiality;
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills;
Excellent prioritization skills with the ability to excel under pressure;
Ability to work independently, and effectively with employees and clients at all levels;
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of Dataphile and/or Salesforce is an asset.
