The
MannTeam
at Canaccord Genuity Corp., is currently looking for an energetic, motivated, dynamic and ambitious team player to join our Wealth Management team in Vancouver.
Responsibilities:

Perform required job duties in a fast-paced environment with high demands of quality, accuracy and professionalism;

Assist Investment Advisor with a range of administrative support;
-
Answer phones, client inquiries and email client information;
-
Open and maintain client files and accounts, shared file documents and website;
-
Manage transfers;
-
Process and follow-up on client documentation for proper maintenance of accounts;
-
Assist with servicing existing clients;
-
Perform additional administrative duties and assist with projects and initiatives as required.
Skills & Qualifications:
-
An undergraduate degree or higher level of education; completion of CSC and CPH an asset
-
Minimum 1-2 years of related experience, with a well-rounded knowledge of the securities industry;

Excellent organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail;
-
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and multi-task;
-
Ability to work independently, and effectively with employees and clients at all levels;
-
Ability to work in a highly demanding environment;
-
Strong proficiency with technology, with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook);
-
Knowledge of Dataphile an asset.
