Investment Operations Specialist

We are hiring for a Investment Operations Specialist in St. Paul, MN. Seeking highly motivated and results-driven individuals.This is a Hybrid role, it will require 1-2 days in office.

Contract expected until 11/30/23.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Performs a variety of operational duties for assigned areas of Accounting Control and Funding Operations.
- Ensures accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of funding transactions for USBI and related USB broker/dealer entities.
- Researches and resolves operational and/or accounting exceptions, some of which may involve extensive review.
- Interfaces with Investment and other internal personnel to resolve issues and ensure efficient service to customers.
- Processes various account entries, ensures total balance and prepares correcting adjustments as needed.
- Balance/reconcile cash accounts and security positions.
- Creates and prepares routine financial reports.
- Ensures that all documentation requirements are satisfied.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: High school and/or associates; undergrad degree preferred

TOP REQUIREMENTS: Financial services/accounting experience, attention to detail, ability to multi-task/prioritize

TOP PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED: Prior experience with a broker/dealer, business related college degree, accounting/reconciliation background

Pay: $29.00 - $31.46 per hour
