As our chosen Multi-Site Community Manager, every day you will help people buy their dream home, supervise and support property staff, enforce property rules, conduct property inspections, and lead the overall happiness of the community! Butte Crest (118 spaces) in Eagle Point, OR  & Table Rock (75 spaces) in Central Point, OR are two beautiful manufactured housing communities and we want YOU to be our Multi-Site Community Manager!

To thrive in this role:

Have experience working in Manufactured Housing or Property Management

Be proficient in computer use and Microsoft Suite (Excel/Word/Outlook)

Make prompt decisions under pressure

Must be able to live on-site

Bonus Skills

NetSuite/Manage America

Manufactured housing knowledge

$28.00 per hour PLUS 3 X 2 Housing & Utilities included
