As our chosen Regional Support team member, every day you will assist with research, processing invoices, creating purchase orders, preparing and reconciling resident deposit accounts as well as other duties assigned by supervisor throughout our Minneapolis/Hopkins MN portfolio.

To thrive in this role:

Have prior experience working with apartment bookkeeping, payables and balancing accounts

Have experience verifying and investigating discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements

Experience generating reports detailing accounts payables status

Knowledge of compliance issues around accounts payable processes

Bonus Skills

Apartment management/accounting experience is a PLUS

Yardi experience preferred

$27 per hour
