This position will be located in our Des Moines, IA office with a Hybrid work from home schedule with one day in the office each week after training.

What you will do:

• Receive inquiries from financial advisors and coordinate responses related to the advisory technological platforms and/or advisory accounts by working with internal groups to problem solve and provide a positive experience
• Facilitate accurate communication and data transfer with financial advisors, internal team members, and external vendors
• Create and maintain technical manuals and training sessions
• Work with advisors in a consultative capacity to assist with adoption and use of the advisory platforms. Partner with other internal groups and/or advisory product sponsors to support their efforts to close business that would utilize the advisory platforms
• Participate in projects regarding advisory platform enhancements, new functionality, and system and process improvements

What you need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3-5 years of experience working in the financial services industry

What is nice to have:

• 1+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office programs
• Previous experience working with investments

Compensation: The salary range for this role is $55,000 - $58,000, plus competitive performance-based bonus. Compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific office location. Compensation ranges may differ in differing locations due to cost of labor considerations.
