Investor Relations Manager

POSITION OVERVIEW The Customer Relationship Manager is responsible for managing the customer service team across all CHT USA locations. This role is to provide and promote excellent customer service by leading and motivating the customer service team, maintaining customer relationships, and handling nationwide customer related issues in support of all Company departments. Travel is required. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of products offered• Identify and assess needs by customers and internal departments in effort to achieve satisfaction and continually set satisfaction expectations with Customer Relationship department• Identify and implement standardization and consistency, where the opportunity exists• Conduct performance management discussions with individual team members on a bi-quarterly basis• Maintain and provide intercompany pricing for CHT USA• Coordinate with National Sales Managers to support sales team, execute pricing and align service expectations to customers.• Identify and assess the needs of customers and internal departments in effort to achieve satisfaction.• Continually set service level expectations with Customer Relationship department• Create a positive and collaborative team culture with the customer firmly at the center• Implement goal setting, and business planning• Conduct reviews and implement customer support processes to enhance customer satisfaction, and support quality and consistency• Support Customer Relationship & Order Management Specialists as needed on questions, concerns and change requests that arise between the customer and CHT as well as CHT to the customer• Develop and maintain intercompany sales forecast for CHT USA• Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are written to support workflows• Supervision – Manages employee time off requests, reviews; Oversee subordinate employee expense reports; Continually provides supervision, developing, counseling, training, assigning, and disciplining direct reports as needed or instructed• All other duties, as assignedEDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTSEducation & Experienceo Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or 4 years related experienceo 3-5 years of similar sales and management related experience (preferred)o ERP experience (preferred)Knowledge & Skillso Capable of working independently to manage day-to-day taskso Advanced user type understanding of the Microsoft Office 365 & Suites: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlooko Familiarity with an ERP solution (i.e. SAP, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics ERP, etc.)o Creativity in approaching complex challenges and problemsPERSONAL ATTRIBUTESo Ability to work effectively with team members who come from a broad spectrum of disciplines and communication styleso Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; written and oral communicationo Ability to handle a multitude of different situations; sometimes simultaneouslyo Strong organizational and time-management skills, including ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyo Humble and willing to seek knowledge without hesitationWORK ENVIRONMENTThis job operates in a professional office environment. Although, there are occasions when it is necessary to be in a manufacturing and warehouse environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phone, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
