Invisible Technologies is seeking a Chart & Medical Record Reviewer who will integrate AI with human oversight to generate clinical summary reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Skills

Clinical experience
Chart and Medical Record Review experience
Utilization Management knowledge
Proficiency in Google Docs, Microsoft Word, Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical skills

Responsibilities

Perform structured reviews of medical data
Generate reports using templates and established criteria
Communicate effectively with the operations team
Ensure HIPAA compliance in all activities
Support improvements in program processes and automation

Education

Health Information Management credentials
Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT)
Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA)
Registered Nurse (RN) with an Associate or Bachelor's degree
