Invisible Fence Customer Sales and Support Specialist

Radio Systems Corporation is seeking Customer Care Specialists to answer inbound calls and to assist our customers with their pet product needs. This position requires both customer service and sales skills to increase customer loyalty and enhance revenue in order to achieve our mission of ‘being the most trusted pet brands'.

Summary of Position:

Solution based selling and customer support, achieved by assisting current and potential customers with scheduling appointments, troubleshooting and offering additional products and services through inbound and outbound calls while delivering best in class customer support to Radio Systems Corporation’s customers.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer inbound calls from existing and prospective customers to schedule service, training sessions, consultations while adding value through offering additional products and services.
  • Make outbound calls to existing customers to sell RSC’s products and services.
  • Assist with inbound and/or outbound contacts in other areas of Customer Sales & Support as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer sales & support according to RSC’s standards.
  • Follow all policies and procedures within the Customer Sales and Support.
  • Consistently meet and exceed customer sales & support performance standards.
  • Regular and predictable attendance in a hybrid work environment
  • Hybrid work may be offered after the introductory period of 90 days and will require a minimum of 1 day a week in office.
  • **Onsite attendance is required for cross training and team meetings

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • HS diploma or GED
  • Must have previous customer support and sales experience (retail, restaurant, call center)
  • Ability to identify customers’ needs and offer solutions to meet them
  • Ability to work in-office as needed/requested
  • Have strong critical thinking skills that support Radio Systems Corporation culture of continuous improvement
  • Excellent problem solving and people skills with the ability to navigate different personalities
  • Ability to communicate effectively – both verbally and written
  • Computer skills including Windows and multi-system navigation
  • Keyboarding 30 WPM

RELATIONSHIPS:

  • Directly reports to the Assistant Manager.
  • Indirectly reports to Operations Manager
  • Works with all members of the IF Operations team
  • Works with the IF Brand team members

Pay: $16/hr plus commissions with the ability for uncapped earning potential! Top performers earn an average of $800-$1,000 monthly.
