Seeking a Japanese Expert AI Data Trainer to join our team and help train AI models in Japanese language to be accurate and beneficial conversation partners.

Skills

Fluency in Japanese (C1 - C2)
Conversational to Advanced English (B1 - C1)
Exceptional copywriting skills
Interest in linguistics

Responsibilities

Train the AI by generating examples of ideal conversations in Japanese
Evaluate the AI according to safety, accuracy, and benefit criteria
Test the AI by actively trying to "break" it and recommending improvements

Education

No formal experience required, but a deep interest in linguistics is preferred
