WE LOVE OUR WORK.:

The (iOS) Mobile Developer is responsible for the development, testing, and support of the new and existing mobile applications. This role also collaborates with solutions architects and peer developers to ensure quality, efficient deliverables are produced accurately and timely.

Develops new mobile applications and enhances existing mobile applications to support PENN's marketing strategy and mobile portfolio.
Actively observes mobile trends and can discuss with leadership advancement of the mobile portfolio based on those emerging technologies and trends.
Partners with technical leads to ensure new services align to roadmaps and to understand the impact on the organization’s information architecture.
Capable of observing a system, understanding it, and making recommendations for improvement.
Participates in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including design, coding, code review, testing, bug tracking, change management, deployment, and support.
Participates in project planning, scoping and estimating. Actively participates in Agile ceremonies.
Responsible for verifying and understanding conformity to regulatory compliance information. Reports all compliance issues to leadership.
Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.
Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to Executive Management.

BRING US YOUR BEST.:

Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) in a computer-related field from a four-year college or university; or 2-6 years of experience with the development of Native and/or Hybrid mobile applications; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must have participated in at least one mobile application launch to both Android and iOS Stores.
Experience with Python, php, Kotlin, or working on a hybrid app highly preferred.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point).
Must have technical proficiency in Swift/Objective-C and JavaScript/Typescript.
Must have functional understanding of Java.
Must have strong technical skills.
Ability to adapt to changes in prioritization or schedules of items in the work queue as necessary.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while meeting deadlines and being proactive when working on tasks.
Must have knowledge and experience implementing mobile applications with best practices, proven design patterns, and build automation including automated testing.
Must have strong problem solving, organizational, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
Must have excellent project and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.
Strong client interface and presentation skills highly preferred.
