Learn more at www.KINESSO.com.Position SummaryWe are looking for a Director, Product Services to manage a team that supports all aspects of building reporting products for clients. You should be fascinated with all things Data, love to create and manage data and reporting products by gathering client needs and turning them into products. You should have a broad understanding of the martech business technology landscape, the ability to translate needs into requirements, and strong analytical skills. Ultimately, you should have an aptitude for using technology to solve media problems. You will be envisioning and building data products and solutions for the advertising industry.Responsibilities• Gather design and functional requirements to implement data tools for a variety of clients and internal teams; build pipelines and scalable analytic tools using leading technologies.• Collaborate closely with teams on proper architectural and strategic decisions; communicate team priorities, system improvements, and changes to stakeholders, vendors, and partners to support and deliver solutions for the business.• Evangelize Product Services. Lead efforts with new product development and data solutions within the Reporting product vertical. Partner with agency leaders to guide conversations and best practices in product/tools development and data solutions. Advocate for data automation, performance, and security.• Coach, Mentor, and Empower the Reporting product team.Provide leadership while solving tactical issues. Develop best practices across teams and contribute to improvement and delivery of services. Lead data requirements reviews and retrospectives.• Understand the business and guide data solutions to deliver results, through collaboration and coordination across business units to determine requirements and deliverables for products and platforms. Define roadmaps and priorities for growing and scaling our data management and product practices.• Stay relevant and ahead of the curve on industry needs and technology trends by growing and participating in cross-disciplinary communities.Required Skills & Experience• Technology leadership: Proven record of success in leading multidisciplinary teams to build and deliver products and services at scale. Lead by example, care for your team. Able to align technology decisions with business goals; client oriented and dedicated to excellence - attentive to both internal and external customer experience.• Strong knowledge and experience with key elements of media data management (e.g. taxonomy, data governance, data blending techniques, data structure management)• Strong understanding of digital media measurement and analytics, with experience designing and building outputs key business questions or challenges.• Knowledge of and experience working across full cycle of digital media for all major channels (Display, Search, Social).• Clear understanding the marketing data ecosystem and confidence in working within digital and traditional channel platforms. (CM360, Various DSPs, Google Ads, SA360, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, etc.)• Strong product management skills: able to be creative within a structured environment; plans and prioritizes work effectively with minimal oversight; manages multiple initiatives simultaneously, remains organized, meets deadlines, and delivers exceptional results.• Excellent interpersonal communication skills: seek-out and value collaboration with engineering leadership across the company. Articulates information clearly and respectfully, and comfortable presenting to both multi-disciplined technology groups and non-technical business users.• Versed in commonly used technologies:including data platforms using Google Cloud Platform, Snowflake, Adverity, Tableau, and Python.Desired Skills & Experience• Bachelor's degree typically in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, etc.) or/and a Masters in Business Administration.• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a professional services or corporate environment.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Experience in the media industry with various online and offline media channels.We See YouAt IPG Mediabrands, we are unified behind a commitment to fostering a culture of inclusion and belonging.
