As a UX Design Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our sales applications, data visualization, and ensuring a seamless user experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders and end users to gather user requirements, conduct user research, and design intuitive interfaces that meet our users' needs. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver with a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a keen eye for detail. This role will report to the Sr. Director of the Seller Experience Platform.Responsibilities• Conduct user research to gain insights into user behavior and preferences• Analyze user data and feedback to identify areas of improvement and propose design enhancements• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather user requirements and translate them into design concepts• Design wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that effectively communicate design ideas• Conduct usability testing to evaluate the effectiveness of design solutions• Collaborate with developers to ensure the feasibility of design implementations• Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices to continuously improve our tools and productsRequirements• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Design, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience• Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer, or similar role• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma• Experience in Salesforce.com design and development constructs• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing• Excellent communication and collaboration skills• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesReasonably expected salary range: $71,300.00 - $89,100.00Category: Sales Operations GroupIron Mountain is a global leader in storage and information management services trusted by more than 225,000 organizations in 60 countries.
