Manager, Customer Success

iSpot.tv is looking for a Customer Success Manager with 5-10 years of experience in a client-facing role to provide strategic guidance and support across iSpot’s product suite. The ideal candidate should be proactive, highly organized, a critical thinker, and possess strong analytical and storytelling skills.

  • Ability to develop strong customer relationships
  • Experience in advertising measurement/attribution preferred

Responsibilities

  • Evaluation and analysis of adoption of modules/services
  • Position new opportunities/products with client team
  • Manage contracting and the renewal process for your book of business
  • Engage with client team to understand GTM strategy & product marketing support
  • Develop and cultivate strong customer relationships
  • Extract data insights from the iSpot platform
  • Identify new product expansion and analytics services opportunities within your customer base

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
