iSpot.tv is looking for an experienced Help Desk Administrator to support our staff while maintaining and streamlining internal tools used for daily operations. To be successful in this role you should have a broad set of skills.
Your Essential Duties:
Monitor the Help Desk support ticket queue and provide timely support when requested.
Provide onsite as well as remote technical support.
Onboard new employees and offboard terminated employees.
Deploy Windows and Macintosh laptops to iSpot employees.
Manage laptop/accessory inventory and maintain our end user assets database.
Update and maintain internal support FAQ’s and related documentation.
Your Skill Set:
3+ years of experience providing support for a Windows and Macintosh environment.
Strong understanding of the Office 365 enterprise platform and tools.
Experience managing cloud-based storage solutions including Dropbox and Google Docs.
Experience with Atlassian Suite and AGILE tools.
Experience with Carbon Black anti-virus tools.
Deep desire to keep solutions simple while meeting the needs of the organization.
Ability to collaborate and communicate well with other teams.
Bonus Skills:
Experience with Okta SSO.
Basic understanding of Windows domains, group policies, Active Directory, and Azure.
Experience with MDM tools including JAMF.
Basic understanding of AWS and virtualization technologies.
This position is based in Bellevue, WA. Operating hours for this role are 9am – 5pm, Mon – Fri. Some travel and after-hours work may be required.
