Graphic Designer - USA Working Hours (Remote)
ISTA Personnel Solutions South Africa - we are a global BPO company, partnering with a US-based marketing firm specializing in serving non-profits and businesses within the Jewish community. The client focuses on digital and print marketing campaigns, with a strong emphasis on social media content creation. We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team, contributing creative solutions for a variety of projects.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Working Hours: This role requires you to work US hours Mon - Fri from 9am to 6pm EST (15h00 to 24h00 South African time - subject to change dependant on daylight savings)
- Work Environment: This is a remote role for South African Citizens only.
- Internet (fibre): Candidates must possess a fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps for both upload and download, capable of supporting a wired Ethernet connection
- Power backup: Candidates must have power backup solution (UPS, Solar) to manage loadshedding or power outages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop engaging visuals for digital and print campaigns.
- Create templates and content for various social media platforms.
- Edit and produce high-quality videos for marketing purposes.
- Collaborate with in-house staff to ensure design projects align with client branding and goals.
- Optional: Design websites and landing pages (if experienced).
- Proven experience in graphic design and video editing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier).
- Knowledge of Canva for quick and flexible design tasks.
- Open to candidates proficient in alternative video editing tools if they demonstrate exceptional skill.
Soft Skills:
- Creative and proactive approach to problem-solving.
Preferred Skills (Advantageous but Not Required):
- Experience with web design or landing page creation.
- Candidates with these additional skills may qualify for higher compensation.
