UX Specialist - 3 Month Contract

The primary responsibilities of the UX Specialist include leading user research, conducting interviews and usability testing, creating wireframes for core workflows, and collaborating closely with the UI Designer. The specialist will document insights and workflows, ensuring that user feedback drives the design process effectively.

Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in UX design, particularly with SaaS platforms or enterprise applications. Proficiency in user research methodologies, as well as wireframing tools like Figma or Sketch, is crucial. Experience with platform redesigns and a strong understanding of accessibility guidelines are also preferred.

During the contract, the UX Specialist will work on our Cloud MVP and its future iterations, focusing on user-centered research and early-stage UX design. This involves user workflows, usability testing, and creating effective prototypes to guide subsequent design phases.

The initial contract for the UX Specialist position is for 3 months, but there is a strong possibility for extension up to 6 months, depending on project needs and performance.
