Medical Scribes Team Lead (WFH)

Responsibilities:

• Converting transcribed diagnostic test results, procedures, and consultation notes into applicable report formats
• Typing out the full forms of medical abbreviations and acronyms, as well as the formal versions of medical jargon
• Overseeing the team in following protocols
• Training and guiding team members on the process, system use, and workflow management
• Monitoring productivity, accuracy, and adherence to standards within the team; provide constructive feedback and coaching
• Resolving escalated issues or discrepancies, ensuring compliance and quality standards

• Must be a graduate of any medical course
• 1 - 2 years of Medical Scribing Experience
• At least 6 months of Team Lead experience
• With experience in ECW
• Averaging 50-60 WPM
• Excellent verbal and written English skills
• Amenable working night shift
