MISSION

We’re looking for an Information Technology Administrator to join our rapidly growing IT team. We need someone who is looking to put their talents to the test and assist in the network infrastructure build and maintenance. This individual will also be on the front lines providing help desk support to all of our employees. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Offer Level 1-2 technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems
  • Create and review process documentation as needed
  • Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems
  • Install and update company software and hardware as needed
  • Assist with reporting the cost of replacing or updating computer items
  • Troubleshoot and repair network, hardware, and software components
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspection of network and server systems
  • Test network and server systems to verify functionality and performance
  • Perform hardware and software upgrades to achieve optimum performance levels
  • Perform root cause analysis of complex problems and provide corrective actions
  • Monitor and update software antivirus on a regular basis
  • Provide technical support to networks and other computing platforms
  • Order and stock equipment and supplies when necessary
  • Monitor and control expenses within an allotted budget

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3 years experience in the IT field
  • macOS Administration
  • Windows Administration
  • Network Administration
  • Advanced Troubleshooting (macOS, Windows 10/11, Networks, Printers)

Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000
