Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end Teradyne IT Software Development Engineering in Test processes, ensuring adherence to established standards and best practices.
• Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to your globally dispersed team of direct reports as well as developers both internal and external to the company contributing to deployment of our products thereby ensuring consistent application quality across regions.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive application verification and validation strategy, delivering meticulous test planning, case development, and execution.
• Incorporate a user-centric approach to software quality throughout the application development lifecycle, including performance monitoring.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to swiftly identify and resolve quality issues, promoting continuous improvement across all applications.
• Utilize Robotic Process Automation (RPA) for automated acceptance testing, helping popularize CI/CD processes throughout IT.
• Utilize data analytics tools to extract actionable insights from application performance metrics, facilitating continuous improvements.
• Stay at the forefront of industry trends and emerging technologies proactively introducing innovative techniques and tools to enhance our Software Development processes.

Education
