POSITION SUMMARY
This non-exempt position supports the work of the United Way of Greater Stark County, Inc., a nonprofit leading in the development of solutions to critical social issues in the areas of health, education and financial stability. The information technology computer support technician is responsible for a wide variety of requests in a professional and timely manner. This relates to all technology including workstations, servers, printers, networks, VPNs, Active directory, Office 365, Application support, network security, special event audio and visual setup, technology training and numerous other possibilities. Only local candidates need apply. Work from home is not available.
