IT Coordinator (Temp/Part-time)

A24 is looking to hire a temporary, part-time IT Coordinator to assist in our NY office relocation. This person will have 1-2 years of relative internship or IT experience and be responsible for various ad-hoc IT tasks, overall supporting the IT team. This position is based in NY and is required to be on-site up to 29 hours per week with a 4-6 month commitment. 

Initial Responsibilities

Support IT team during the company’s transition to new workspace

Perform ad-hoc and miscellaneous IT tasks, including, but not limited to:

• Asset inventorying
• Organizing hardware and equipment 
• Server rack breakdown and setup
• Moving hardware between workspaces
• Maintaining IT MDF during construction phase

Qualifications

• 1 - 2 years experience in an IT Coordinator role or relative internship
• Strong verbal communications skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, and deadline/service level sensitivity
• Displays self-starting attitude, resourcefulness, and professionalism
• Able to work independently, exercising sound judgment and initiative
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds

The hourly rate for this role ranges between $18-$22. Actual pay will depend on various considerations, including: education, experience, skills, specializations, training, and business needs.
