IT-Coordinator Team Lead USA

Description:
  • Lead function in a team (2-3,) for US based IT organization,handling all IT support aspects.
  • Coaching, supporting and leading his workgroup
  • Maintains close rapport with local IT management and executes duties timely, as assigned.
  • Ticketing of all service incidents, handling of incidents with second level support and IT management.
  • Installation, monitoring, management and support of HP workstations, Microsoft Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365 other software packages.
  • First level remote and in-person IT support for all US based staff
  • VoIP systems and phone support, including mobile device configuration and support.
  • Independent handling and troubleshooting of branch IT network equipment (Cisco) installations.
  • IT vendor selection, management and purchasing for IT equipment and structured cabling projects.
  • Detailed IT hardware inventory management.
  • Configuration and support of copier and printer equipment.
  • Training and IT onboarding of users onsite and via remote support (Microsoft Teams).
  • Performs other duties as required and assigned.
Requirements:
  • Approximately 2 years of experience in a hands-on helpdesk / IT support / service center environment.
  • Associate’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent related work experience.
  • A+ and Network+ certifications preferred.
  • Solid, foundational know-how of IT and network technologies is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in helpdesk, training and supporting users via remote access and telephone.
  • Fast learner, organized and agile in taking on new tasks & responsibilities.
  • Strong aptitude in diagnosing and resolving IT hardware and software issues.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft 365 products, able to maintain professional documentations and spreadsheets.
  • Available to work flexible schedules within a 40 hour work week, with option of hybrid work model.
  • Self-motivated, positive and proactive attitude.
  • Ability to accurately document projects and able to identify & recommend improvements.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross functional teams.
