What to expect

• Drive and manage actively the IT deployments in hybrid model waterfall and agile, integrating development, testing and deployment across multiple delivery units and partners
• Drive the transformation of the delivery model to the bizdevops model by building the clear target model, the transition plan and manage the execution across all stakeholders
• Provide high level and detailed operating model for all stakeholders involved in IT delivery
• Transform the delivery model taking into account the new architecture, move to public cloud, agile and bizdevops, ci/cd models.
• Actively manage IT budget by working closely with all business and technology stakeholders
• Change management support for the new delivery model by upskilling, attract and nurture talent, manage performance
• Manage partners performance in an outsourcing model and multicultural environment

What you bring

• Degree in business administration, (business) informatics, comparable degree or comparable training
• At least 5-7 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in the field of IT management
• Strong experience with at least 3-4 categories:. IT Portfolio Management, Budget Management, Contract Management, Vendor Management, Performance Management; Project Management
• Experience with COBIT Governance Framework; SAFe, LeSS, etc.
• Experience with IT management positions
• Consulting experience
