Suzy is seeking a motivated and resourceful Help Desk Technician to join the Information Technology team. In this role, you will be an active member of the Information Technology & Security team helping to resolve issues in a timely manner, escalating when appropriate, managing assets and inventory, and communicating with multiple departments on a daily basis.The Help Desk Technician will support and troubleshoot day-to-day technology issues, including but not limited to desktop applications, SaaS/Cloud applications, the setup and maintenance of computer hardware (Mac/Windows), software, and operating systems, with the potential for basic networking and Azure Active Directory tasks.

The Information Technology and Security team helps ensure Suzy remains compliant with relevant regulations and best practices. Information Technology and Security oversee internal technology, risk strategy, governance, policies and standards, compliance monitoring, and reporting.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to hardware and software support issues from employees regarding OneLogin, Google Drive, Microsoft Office, Azure, Zoom, Slack, and other Installed applications
  • Set up/remove user accounts on systems, implementing automated methods when possible
  • Maintain (patches, updates, and fixes) software used on desktop systems including OS, antivirus and malware protection
  • Track and update IT inventory
  • Work with vendors to help resolve technical issues
  • Support and troubleshoot day-to-day technology issues for staff, including not limited to desktop applications, cloud applications, the setup and maintenance of computer hardware, software
  • Work with technology teams to identify risks and address identified issues
  • Assist with developing/maintaining our Jira Confluence
  • Examine existing policies and procedures, Propose/draft edit and/or new policies and procedures.
  • Triage and escalate requests using ITSM toolset
Qualifications:
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written skills
  • Ability to problem-solve and think out-of-the-box when necessary
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently on assigned duties
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments
  • Strong Customer Service
  • Experience working in a professional setting
  • Ability to manage workplace relationships

  • The target compensation range for this role is $58,500 - $74,750.
