IT Intern
Forter is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join as an IT Intern for a 6-month contract. This position offers valuable hands-on experience in a professional IT environment within a leading fraud prevention and cybersecurity organization.
Skills
- Strong oral and written communications skills
- Solid organization and planning skills
- Deductive reasoning skills
- Experience with Mac and Windows systems
- Proficiency using Excel and/or Google Sheets
Responsibilities
- Provide basic helpdesk support for Mac and Windows systems
- Log and track service requests using an internal ticketing system
- Handle problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution and follow-up
- Set up and configure desktops and laptops
- Assist with systems auditing
- Create and update internal IT documentation
- Assist with IT project research and implementation
Education
- College degree or trade school certification in a technical field preferred
